Being water-resilient; silicone-based lube is more difficult to clean up than water-based lube. No surprise there I suppose. Soap and warm water will work for body parts, but clothes, linens and sheets are a different story. I always pre-treat lube stained laundry with liquid detergent before washing. Then I never have a problem with staining.
